Air Duct Cleaning & Deodorizing, and Dryer Vents
Complete Sweep uses the NADCA approved "source removal" method of cleaning air ducts. A powerful 5,000 CFM vacuum is attached close to the furnace, placing the entire system under negative pressure, pulling loose debris into its HEPA filtration system. At the same time a variety of air tools and mechanical brushes are used to dislodge years of dust, dirt and mold from the ducts, pushing the debris towards the vacuum. Don't forget about your dryer vent, it too needs to be cleaned on a regular basis to prevent house fires and to keep the dryer operating at peak efficiency.

In addition to air duct cleaning, we also offer a variety of products that will help to keep your ducts clean, and the air in your house fresh. During the summer months when the air conditioning is running, there are large amounts of condensation that are introduced into the air ducts. This condensation makes a perfect breeding ground for many diseases, including salmonella, strep, and legionnaires disease. To combat this, we do what Mother Nature does, and that is to use Ultra Violet light to kill these germs. The UV lights that we recommend are mounted inside of the existing ducting, just above the A/C coil. For fresher air inside of the home, we recommend a whole house Energy Recovery Ventilator, made by Aprilaire, and a high efficiency filter for the furnace. Energy Recovery Ventilators change the air in the house several times a day, helping to alleviate dry skin problems in the winter, and increasing your energy levels year round. The standard filters that are available at home centers are only able to filter 7% of the airborne particles. the high efficiency filters are 98% effective.
